It is nice, but:
1.) We are into bottom up adoption, we don't need top-down
2.) It would be better if we first introduced some infrastructure (El Salvador at least had Bitcoin Beach).
I would start by working on acceptance in the shops, maybe ATMs, better exchange, ...
This should be led by entrepreneurs, not government.
Do any Paraguayan businesses need help with accepting BTC?

All recent news regarding "regulation" made me think back to my talk from 2018 at the Hackers Congress 2018, discussing one of the most important aspects of Bitcoin, Proof-of-Work (PoW).
A self-regulated system which was designed to remove intermediaries and regulation.
This is why DAOs, DEXs, and other decentralized platforms are vastly important for the ecosystem.

It will always remain a mystery why people are so open to giving away something as irrevocable as their biometrics to companies who have shown over and over that they can't secure private information.
How much time are people really saving by using their biometrics as opposed to a PIN code? What are people doing with their lives that saving a second or two is worth so much, to risk giving away such a unique part of themselves?

Not sure why people would trust a proprietary hardware wallet to secure their decentralized cryptos 🤷♂️.
@Trezor is the golden standard, open-source hardware and software. Trustless, just like the cryptos stored on it.
