Team did what we’re supposed to do this morning to kickoff the #PBKCSummerClassic. Went 2-2 with two 2B and 2RBI. Went 3-1 on the weekend and just outside of bracket in a field of 60 of the top 16U teams in the country at #NPI26 @LakePoint (offsite here). Only loss to USA Prime National 16U (Score 1-6, but 1-3 until a 3R HR in the last inning). Won a good consolation game against a strong Spects National 16U team that was the first team out of the 16 team bracket. Couple good barrels today and the boys battled, but came up a little short against a really good Rockhurst team in the #rivercitybaseballfestival at @KUBaseball’s Hoglund Ballpark.
