@windowsinsider i have some questions to prview update KB5055627 and the fixed Hyper-V CPU Display Bug which exists since the release of Server 2025 and 24h2:
1. Why on earth is this listed under "Highlights" and not under "Improvements"?

2. Why is such a highly demanded fix (Hyper-V CPU Usage Always 0% on Windows Server 2025 : r/HyperV on Reddit) in "Gradual Rollout" when i install a preview KB explicitly????

@windowsinsider @WindowsUpdate There is a bug since Build 26100.2454 on Win11 24h2 regarding DHCP in Virtual Machines. The Clients don't get anymore DHCP Addresses i proved that in little Test Scenario with two VMs (one AD/DHCP Server, one VM as Client) i add some screenshots...

@windowsinsider @WindowsUpdate @jarwidmark i have done now more tests and as it seems the issue was part of the preview update 2454, but it was not fixed by the december cu 2506. Bad is that after Devember CU is installed you cannot rollback anymore before 2454...

so it would be nice if you can take that into your investegation to provide a fix for that because otherwise a complete OS Reinstall is required...

You can build that for yourself to see it. I assume its a bug in the Virtual Switch. This does not happen on Server 2025 with the December CU. #WindowsInsiders #Windows

@TheWMIGuy hi kim would be nice if you still have contact to ken and can ask him if he can check the WAC CM Extension because it seems to have some problems in WAC 2410 with the V2 Redesign. I have tried to manual install the extension over a local Feed but it throws this error

@WindowsUpdate KB5041865 causes Hyper-V Default Switch to dissappear, the Host Network Service does not start anymore and the Hyper-V MMC/PowerShell Modules are unuseable on Windows 11 24h2, please check this carefully!

The security context is the problem here because it only access the current user recycle bin....
