Buyer beware: @AirbnbHelp does not consider natural disasters, such as the "atmospheric river" storm currently pounding California to be a valid reason to cancel a reservation and get a refund.

I was told I should have canceled 14 days in advance. There wasn't any way to predict a catastrophic storm 14 days in advance.

The area I was going to stay in was affected by tornados, flooding, and hurricane level winds and the schools are closed today. Given the two outcomes, I'd rather be out some cash versus trying to navigate a literal natural disaster.

Don't miss the new Navigation Pane in Microsoft 365. It is game changing for being able to navigate workbooks of any size and to tell at a glance where data is located within worksheets. The only rub is it only works when your computer is connected to the Internet!

Also, this feature arose from the Excel team watching a blind person trying to navigate within an Excel workbook. The first chapter of my book focusses on accessibility, and one of the things that I wrote is that when we make accommodations for those that need assistive (1/2)
