If you book flight tickets from @lastminute_com and even if the airlines cancel your flights they will not give your full money back. Will make you chase airlines and airlines will not entertain as you have booked via an agency. Avoid @lastminute_com, appalling experience.

Had a disappointing call with @ring_uk CS. My device which I have an annual subscription has stopped working. All they had to say is buy a new one; this one is out of warranty. Come on guys take pride in your products and improve your CS. Not buying another product again.

Another example of excellent (or lack of it) customer experience by Amazon. I guess this is not what @JeffBezos had in mind when building Amazon.

I thought Amazon took pride in its customer service. May be not their priority anymore. @JeffBezos
Have had a very poor experience using AWS. Have been billed 100s of Β£s for services I did not use. The audit trails don't show it but yet AWS claims I started instances! They keep shutting my case every time I raise the matter. Totally unacceptable @awscloud @JeffBezos
