Wow. I got my sleepiness back!
For a long time now, I haven’t felt sleepy. You know those drooping eyelids, world fading away, the desire to go lie down….remember that?
I’m guessing many of y’all in the same boat. Night time is going to bed and scrolling reels till the clock tells you to sleep and then you lie and wait for sleep. Right? I know I’m right.
Well as an experiment I turned my phone to grayscale and I got my sleepiness back. And I haven’t hit my screen time limits since I did this. And it feels so amazing I just wanted to share.
Once you go black and white, you don’t go back am I right.
