People cannot do house construction with such erratic random open and closures. Labour goes to villages when GRAP is imposed and by the time they return after GRAP removal, GRAP is imposed again. All parties : labour, contractors and house owners, are fed up of GRAP and red tape due to GRAP. An uncle said after paying large amount of taxes he can’t drive his car for 3 months year due to GRAP. Kids are also unhappy. My daughter says in GRAP she cannot access school’s playground. School charged me extra for air purifier in kids classes. First suffer due to pollution. Then suffer again due to GRAP. GRAP is good for November but unfortunately you cannot close whole Delhi NCR for 3-4 months year. It’s very draconian. @narendramodi @caqm @NayabSainiBJP @AtishiAAP @myogiadityanath please do not impose GRAP after Paralli season. Impose GRAP only in Paralli season. It impacts economic activity very negatively. Also do not impose GRAP 3 or 4 in all cities of NCR if those cities are below 350 AQI. Gurugram has GRAP 3 even though for last 2 weeks AQI there is less than 350. Why should Gurugram suffer due to Delhi or other parts of NCR. GRAP should be imposed city wise instead of in whole NCR.
