In 2025 we visited Downing Street with our public petition & our award-winning Formula for Change campaign. Our campaign asks were recommended by the CMA & adopted by the DHSC.
Our advocacy continued with the screening the short film MILK to politicians and policy makers.
2025 culminated in creating the Six Pillars of Infant Feeding framework, defining a woman-centred policy approach.
This marks the start of an infant feeding revolution, with Feed leading the way through evidence-based practice, advocacy, and amplifying womenās voices.
Our Advocate group shaped research & public messaging, ensuring outputs are fit for purpose.
In 2025 our research programme flourished. Our most impactful publication, the Set up to Fail report, highlighted the urgent need for fundamental change in UK infant feeding policy.
In 2025 our CEO Clare Murphy's interview was included in Munchettyās book. We were recognised for our contributions to women's & infants' health in Scotland. Dr Erin Williams was finalist for SWIB Champion of Women Award. Director Rosie McNee won the Littlejohn Gairdner Prize.
We are the only infant feeding organisation guided by a public and patient group. Our Feed Advocates keep women andĀ families at the heart of our work.
In 2025, we partnered on MILK, a short film amplifying mumsā experiences, winner of the 225 Film Club Audience Award.
FEED were at WFTV Festival, Glasgow last night where Milk was screened.
The reception to the film was overwhelming and we were privileged to represent the film on behalf of director Naomi Waring.
Thanks to everyone who attended & supported Milk and Feed!

The UKHSA notes that thankfully none of the babies affected are seriously ill and they're monitoring the situation.

Happy New Year everyone! Our resolution this year is to ensure that every Mum gets all the information & support she needs to feed her baby how she chooses #bottlesboobsortubes
š¢ We did it! š¼ After a year of campaigning to make infant formula more affordable, the PM has confirmed the Government will act. Clearer guidance allowing loyalty points & vouchers could save families up to Ā£500. This is what our 107,000-strong petition fought for. @MetroUK@feedukorg@OfficialLadbaby
So proud to see @feedukorg on the front page of the @MetroUK on our win to end the ludicrous restriction on families using loyalty points and vouchers to purchase infant formula.
Weirdly women donāt stop breastfeeding simply because they can use their clubcard for baby milk.
As well as giving families more options at the till, by bringing formula in line with other grocery items this move will also help smash the stigma around this vital food. Well done DHSC, keep up the momentum! #FormulaForChange
ā Weāre putting hundreds of pounds back into parentsā pockets by making lower-priced infant formula easier to choose.
This will help tackle child poverty and give every child the best start in life.

Front page of the @MetroUK. A huge win for #FormulaForChange. Formuls should be affordable & accessible for all who need it, & they should be able to buy it with loyalty points, with vouchers, with dignity. Weāre just getting started.
Pleased to see there's no legal restriction to the use of vouchers/loyalty points to buy formula! We look forward to contributing to a new approach that puts women & families at the heart of infant feeding policy. Want to get involved? Become a #FeedAdvocate#FormulaForChange
The CMA found that guilt & poor preparation for formula use have contributed to a distorted market that harms parents & issued recommendations to address it.
The Government was due to respond in May and still hasnāt. Families need balanced info & support: feeduk.org/combifeeding
