The Johnson County Emergency Communications Center is in system overload. This means they're receiving 911 calls faster than they can dispatch units to respond. Each fire department has assigned an overflow officer to keep tabs on calls received for their department and send units to handle them as appropriate.

Years ago a client offered me and my business partner courtside tickets to an NBA playoff game. My business partner was out of town that day so my husband and I went. We had NO idea all the perks that come with those tickets. I’m talking 5 star buffet with whole menu changes each quarter, adjacent to the hallway to watch the players walk out, special parking etc.. It ruined us for future games. It happened to be a playoff game with the golden state warriors that went into double overtime with the spurs winning by a last minute shot just before the buzzer went off. Everyone was high fiving us and we turned around and David Robinson towered over us offering us a gigantic high five. We have talked about that epic experience for the last 13 years. I know my business partner has had fomo for a long time each time I bring up the memory. Tonight, that same client messaged me and offered us those same floor tickets again for the finals game tonight. It was my business partner’s turn for an amazing night and I could not reach him. His phone got destroyed yesterday. 🤯 I started texting everyone that knows him telling him to check his email and I finally get in touch with him as I was getting in the car to drive over to his house 🤣 He and his wife are so excited. They are the most down to earth and humble people you will ever meet and lifelong Spurs fans. This is a once in a lifetime thing. Even if they could afford tickets like this, they would never splurge on themselves for even nosebleed seats. The whole company is excited to look out for them tonight on TV and we have even more reason to hope for an incredible game for the Spurs! Go Spurs Go!!!

One of the original Tuskegee Airmen, the first four-star African American General. Hegseth couldn’t sniff the level of soldiering and warrior that was in Chappie’s DNA. God bless him. And Hegseth took down his picture from a hallway like a racist little child, which is what he is.
