Opus 4.5 is the first model we have found to be capable of completing upgrades without the need for human intervention.

If our math is correct, this won't really make much of an impact on Ethereum's economics.
With 5B blob gas used daily by L2s on average, we see how even 1 Gwei blob gas would result in only 5 ETH burned.

Blob gas price mooning after the Fusaka upgrade, thanks to EIP-7918.
It went from 1 wei on average cost per blob gas to currently 0.014 Gwei, representing a 14,000,000x increase.

In other words, it took only 2 months for Solana validator count to drop 13%.
Unsurprising since staking APY is nearly half what it was at the beginning of this year, SOL price near yearly lows and @SolanaFndn reducing their validator subsidies at the worst possible time.

A new all-time low for total @solana validators. Sadly, Layer33 has already been affected, as one of our own had to close down shop today.

Fogo launching the pragmatic way. Starting with USDC transfers, without the need to hold the chain's native gas token.
This is possible thanks to Fogo Sessions, their account abstraction framework which sponsors transactions by default.
Mainnet genesis has occurred. USDC transfers are open.
