I’ve been on hundreds of flights and yet the wait to board still triggers my anxiety like nothing else can. Not the flight, just the boarding. It’s not something you can just get over. Mental health matters.

@Enterprise You have a young lady called Beth in your Belfast intl airport branch, she is an absolute star and should be recognised. We had hired a car, came to return it and we were panicking because we have a disabled daughter, the airline wouldn’t answer our calls and we ….

@easyJet please can someone help. Stuck in no with a disabled child. Being told 2 days for a flight when my daughter is meant to be in hospital. Phone lines saturated panicking.

3x 1 hour phone calls no answer just hung up. Bad stuff happens, but just ignoring customers isn’t ok. Just spent £1000 on hire cars, ferry, fuel because you couldn’t pick up the phone.

Lucky we could drive the 400 miles lots of night time driving and some really expensive phone bills. Terrible communication is so much worse than a cancelled flight.

I'm not sure if it's healthier than shouting at the radio, but I'm concerned that twice in 2 weeks there has been the suggestion that people with restricted growth are taking something away from everyone else. Blog rant as usual.
