Obsessed with this project in Northampton Station – they’re trying to collect a ticket to there originating from all stations in the UK. Surely some of you enthusiasts would travel there from somewhere random just to help them tick a box?? 🚆

Let’s not allow this to be painted as anger from disenfranchised groups, it is hateful violence, it is criminal thuggery.

We are appealing to members of the public to provide information about 2 Early Bronze Age axeheads (2150-2000 BC) posted anonymously to the Museum in June. Found in Westmeath, their location is crucial for archaeological context.

This is pretty cool...
The French men's GAA football team is going on an Irish tour at the end of next week to play 15-a-side against teams from Dublin clubs.
It's a first in the French fédération history and they have Paris Gaels players on the team !

It seems to me that the portrayal of the Labour win as shallow because of the vote share is misleading. This was a ‘get the tories out’ election. For different people that generally meant voting Labour, Lib Dem, Green or Reform. But in doing so they all knew they’d get a Labour government and did it deliberately. In reality even Reform voters actually voted for Keir Starmer to be PM.
