A few days ago, due to the threat of encirclement, under complete media silence, Ukrainian forces initiated a full withdrawal from the southwestern and western parts of Kostyantynivka, across the Kryvyi Torets River. Special forces were deployed to the area north of this withdrawal zone to hold key withdrawal roads and repel Russian infiltrations.
Since then, Russian forces have occupied most of the southwestern and western suburbs, which is why we saw that video with dozens of Russian flags going up.
Currently, I can confirm Russian control over more than 40% of Kostyantynivka (not including grey-zones), however, in my opinion, it's likely that Russia now controls more than 50% of the city.

There you go: the FT confirms that not only is the NSA using Anthropic's AI "for offensive cyber operations" against "nations such as China or Iran" but Anthropic is actively helping them in that effort.
As per the article, Anthropic "installed about half a dozen staff within the NSA as so-called forward-deployed engineers to guide the use of the technology and customise models for specific applications."
It confirms two things. First: the United States is the most aggressive state actor in cyberspace, by far. It offensively infiltrates other nations' networks, and is now supercharging that capability with AI. Heck that is literally one of the core mission statements of the NSA, one of the largest security agencies of the US government.
Second, that Anthropic's carefully cultivated image as the ethical, safety-first AI company that "partners with the church" is a fiction. In reality, it is the most deeply embedded AI company in the US security state. Instead of building guardrails, they're literally weaponizing their own AI inside the NSA.

The drone explosion in the port of Constanța shows that Russia’s war is increasingly spilling over into EU territory.
I spoke with Foreign Minister @oana_toiu about today's developments and expressed the EU’s full solidarity with Romania.
The ultimate responsibility for what happened rests squarely with Russia. As President Zelenskyy told Putin in an open letter yesterday: Moscow can stop this war any day.
Next week, EU Defence Ministers will discuss how to further ramp up our support for Ukraine and increase the EU’s own defence readiness.

🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Ukraine has been launching long-range drones from concealed container launchers mounted inside civilian trucks. Russia's 50th "Varyag" Brigade released footage destroying one such system.
Ukraine formalized this tactic in 2023, when the first "Yanvar" drones were launched from container units hidden in civilian trucks.
Today's FP-1 and FP-2 strikes on St. Petersburg, timed to coincide with SPIEF and entering Russian airspace from the Baltics, were launched using exactly these systems. This is why Russian forces have been actively hitting truck depots in Ukrainian border regions.
A civilian truck crossing a border raises no flags. It parks. It waits. Then it fires. Given that today's drones transited the Baltics, the question of whether such systems are already positioned inside Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania is not hypothetical.

But because, presumably, their ethnic peers were on the jury, they have had the charges dropped.
Meanwhile, another officer is facing a trial for leaking the CCTV footage, clearing his colleagues of wrongdoing.
We can't have a justice system if imported clans will lie to protect one another and face no punishment.
We cannot have a country if the animating principle of the state is antiracism, meaning violent thugs face no consequences if they're the right colour, while white police officers are punished for protecting the public.
