In fact the 6th wettest in the UK since 1836.
In England it’s the 10th month in a row that has been wetter than average. You have to go back to last June to find a dry month.

Unfortunately this is terrible advice. To use a metaphor- a lottery ticket may provide hope, but it is not a realistic solution to debt problems. There are better options. If you have to, use bags as ballast only, and use with gravel not sand. Flood barriers are more effective
