Great that @southwest liked my complaint. Sad they did nothing to reply and nothing for the future. SWA was the best airline in the 90’s. Not so much now.
@SouthwestAir stuck on the ground at BNA for two hours on a DCA to LBC flight. Pilot first said seating issues now gate agent issues. Comes on every few minutes to say just a few more minutes. A six hour flight is now over 8 hours without being able to get off plane
