A rapid and happy return visit to Folium. The lamb is delightful, the sauce gorgeously unctious and exploding with flavour and the accompanying sweetened chicory a perfect accompaniment. Heading for the stars surely.

On Friday we had an incredible meal at @foliumrest. If you’ve not been you have to go. If you’ve not been in a while, go again. We left a long gap since our last visit but it is truly inspirational cooking.
