Friendly reminder that Vendettaโs design had exactly 0 thought put into it and was literally based on what the guy found attractive. Because why bother giving a gladiator scars/any remotely interesting features in a video game where the whole design philosophy was about diversity

A lot of recent Overwatch heroes fall into a category of not being *bad* by any stretch in isolation, but feeding into an overall trend of incredibly safe design choices.
OW1โs conventional heroes were contrasted by the bolder designs, and weโre consistently missing those now.
