One Nation Nazi The online hate spews by this vile white supremacist should be headlines everywhere (not just The Guardian) .. and yet. Any other party and it's leader would be held to account .. and yet. Raf Epstein nailed it: different media standards for ON.
Exposed: Pauline Hanson in Hot Water as official identified as white supremacist who defends Nazi Hitler Youth, advocates White Australia Policy & spews racist bile online. Says he’s “proud” to work for Hanson. Clearly fits in. This is the rot at the heart of One Nation. #auspol

You can’t divide your way towards consensus but what about chaos? That could well be within reach…

Our media is owned & controlled by oligarchs, so, when it comes to political coverage, it’s a case of caveat emptor: Bias beware. #artwiculate

Prominent economist Saul Eslake demolishes LNP’s ‘aspiration’ myth saying their 1999 CGT discount failed to build a nation of entrepreneurs & shareholders, in fact, those rates only fell since 1999, while “disproportionately favouring richer & older Australians”💥 #auspol

Replying to @karlstefanovic
John Howard introduced the CGT discount in 1999. The decade before, house prices tracked income. After, they decoupled - Howard used the tax system to make investors richer at the expense of first home buyers. A simple correlation that even Karl Stefanovic could understand.

🚨ALERT🚨 These expert ‘think tank’ research reports reveal their biases by never asking the ‘why’ question. ▪️WHY is China rapidly building up its defence forces? ▪️WHY is there “rising friction” between US and China? ▪️WHY would China ever think of threatening Australia’s “northern approaches”? To answer such fundamental questions would reveal the secret loyalty that such Australian ‘think tanks’ have to their founders and funders (usually US based). 👉 Shhhh, don’t mention the aggressive military build-up the US is surrounding China with, as the US prepares for a conflagration to remove its greatest technological and trade rival. 👉 👉 And please don’t mention that Australia is being dragged and tricked (including by research papers like this) into that military conflagration. 👉👉👉 And finally please please, don’t tell Australians that we are naively risking China’s potential unstoppable defensive retaliation against the US and its ‘eyes and ears’ — the US military bases that Australia has unwisely allowed to be established in increasing size and number on Australian soil. — News report: “Australia reshaped its military strategy three years ago in response to China’s rapid navy build-up and rising friction between Beijing and Washington, focusing on deterring an adversary from its northern approaches.” News headline: “China’s direct strike threat to Australia is ‘growing’, think tank report finds [claims].” sc.mp/fyvt8?utm_source=twitt… via @scmpnews #AUKUS. #auspol

Hey @dfat, why are members of the Australian Jewish Association currently in the West Bank helping an extremist settler group promote a planned illegal settlement? Is this not a blatant breach of international law, and Australian law?

Thank goodness for Raf. Corrects the "Fire the liar" source being Credlin, the queen of 3 word slogans without substance. Points out if you replace "Muslims" with "Jews" in Hansons' rhetoric, the media would be all over it #insiders
