If a charity raised money from Texas residents or solicited donations from Texas, then I think that creates jurisdiction over them in Texas. At the same time Illinois Governor @JBPritzker was telling the Bears there’s “no money” for tax relief on a new stadium. Let that sink in. For $2.5 billion the state of Illinois could have PAID for a new stadium for the Chicago Bears. Instead, they spent it paying for lavish benefits for aliens, while running a $3 billion deficit and losing a franchise they've had for over 100 years. This is what Democrat priorities look like.
