People are always a bit taken aback when we can summarise our strategy as: “Make a product people like → sell it at a price that makes our business sustainable → keep improving the product to keep customers happy”. Sounds simple, kinda difficult in practice, but that doesn’t mean it’s worth overcomplicating.
The more comfortable you feel sharing your strategy openly, the stronger it likely is. If you feel worried about competitors knowing your strategy, it's probably weak.
