The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles was re-edited for DVD releases. They turned the TV-episodes into movies and removed the narrative framing of Old Indy telling his adventures to kids in a museum. This guy has restored the original airings from VHS sources

I feel compelled to mention something I stated the other day that there's actually almost certainly far *less* pedophilia in modern society than there was in the past. If nothing else, age of consent laws have come up over time and there are social norms about age gaps now.
