Can’t have it both ways. Israel can’t spend *an entire year* saying Hamas is like the Nazis, that Europe is back to the 1930s, that the Amsterdam brawl is like the Holocaust and then tell me I need to uphold the exceptionality of the Holocaust when discussing the state of Gaza

On the site of one of last night’s two strikes in central Beirut. This has terrified people - it’s seen as massively broadening the (civilian) areas that could be attacked at any time by Israel. There was no warning & rescue efforts are ongoing. At least 22 killed, 117 injured.
