Ida makes landfall in Louisiana as extremely dangerous Cat 4 hurricane.
Only two other hurricanes have struck the state with the same force that Hurricane Ida did as maximum sustained winds were only 7mph shy of Cat 5 strength. #Hurricane_Ida

Got the NOA for my NIH K23 this week!!! With this award, I will be looking at multi factorial models to try to predict children’s postoperative #pain and #opioid use. Grateful for @VUMC_Anes and my mentors for their support!
