Kudos to App Store review team! They were very fast during Thanksgiving weekend 💪 I sent two app reviews and both were taken into review in 10 minutes.

Got a rejection now due to my paywall. Can't figure out what is wrong with it. Any ideas?

Is it because I wrote "per week" for a weekly plan? 🫤 Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions We noticed that one or more of your auto-renewable subscriptions is marketed in the purchase flow in a manner that may mislead or confuse users about the subscription terms or pricing. Specifically: - Your auto-renewable subscription displays the weekly calculated pricing for your subscription more clearly and conspicuously than the billed amount. - The billed amount of your auto-renewable subscription is not clearly and conspicuously displayed to the customer. Next Steps Please revise your auto-renewable subscription purchase flow to ensure that the billed amount is the most clear and conspicuous pricing element in the layout. Any other pricing elements, including free trial, introductory pricing, and calculated pricing information, must be displayed in a subordinate position and size to the total billed amount. Factors that contribute to whether the billed amount is clear and conspicuous include, but are not limited to, the font, size, color, and location of the billed amount in the auto-renewable subscription purchase flow.

With the latest Apple policy changes, what needs to be done for AI wrappers? Do we need to show any info in the app regarding what AI provider is used etc?

I built this tool for myself a year ago, then released it for everyone today. Localize app prices based on purchasing power to boost your revenue in seconds. Push prices to App Store Connect directly. apps.apple.com/us/app/locali… Comment "localize" for a free annual code.

My first developer app just went live on the App Store 🚀 Giving away 20 free annual codes for developers who want to optimize pricing or run paywall experiments. Reply "localize" - first 20 get one ⚡ The backstory: I realized flat pricing was costing me 20-40% of potential revenue. A $10/month app in the US should be $2-3 in India, Vietnam, etc. So I built Localize Price - Parity, automatic pricing across 175 countries. Early results: - 41% higher LTV per customer - Better conversion in emerging markets apps.apple.com/us/app/locali… #SwiftUI #iosappdev #iosdevelopers #AppDevelopment

Got approval on the second round for macos but ios still pending second review. It's been 24 hours now and can't wait to 🚀 It feels like reviews are having slow turnaround recently, perhaps due to the volume of apps being released. What is your recent experience with app store reviews?
Finally submitted my price localization app for review. I am dreaming to get approved on the first submission 🚀 Can’t wait to see paywall tests in action with different pricing indexes.

Every time I develop a new app, I am proud of how I implemented etc. This comes with a caveat that I dislike my old apps and think about how I should have been implemented. I think this is a sign of growth and learning. Does anyone else having similar feelings?

I have been quite busy last few days. My price localization app is 100% functional and working well. However doing last bits to make it App Store ready is time consuming. I feel like the remaining 10% of work takes as much time as the initial 90% of the work.

Is making apps free help to rank on app store? My tests showed: no, it doesn't. Probably it increases retention rate therefore app store thinks that app is low quality. I guess it is important to reach correct audience who has high intent. What is the correct approach?

I can't wait to test pricing indexes on my app. Looking forward to see the impact on MRR. So many to test from, Netflix, Bigmac, Spotify, Apple Music, Purchasing Power etc. I am planning to start next week, when my app is live. Excited!

Never skip paywall testing. You should be always optimize your paywalls. However, change only a single variable at a time. Some examples: 1. Design -> Test different paywall designs by keeping the products same.

Setting up testing takes 5 minutes. Leave them running for at least 2 weeks or having enough data. Check your test dashboard daily. You will have idea when to stop.

I am planning to run pricing index tests when my new price localization app is live in the store, hopefully in 1-2 weeks. I will be testing how Netflix, BigMac, and other pricing indexes perform with my own app and share results here. Stay tuned!
