@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp @AirbnbEng @Airbnbdesign Can someone assist? I requested help 2 weeks ago reporting that I can't login. I even sent a screendump with some mails received in this account. The best response to date is to login to log an issue that I can't login. HOW?

@Airbnb How am I supposed to get support to access my account when I have to access my account in order to get help? It's suddenly forcing me to sign up with my email address, even though I've had a working account for years.

Fun! A week later and we're back to the start, with their very (un)helpful team implying I forgot my email address and have to go to the page I started off with and login to find out why I can't login. I sometimes wonder if they even bother reading these requests. @Airbnb

I've been catching up on the Twitter debacle on the media and I can't help but chuckle. I'm not sure if he's the problem or showing us the problem. But I'm not leaving Twitter just because I was banned because of using the m word.
