Day 2 of horrible customer service. This time with @ATTHelp @ATT Was on hold for more than 45 minutes and then cold transferred(dumped) to the wrong department. I guess I get to start over.. AGAIN This shouldn't be this hard

Called the apple care line to cancel apple card on a device we no longer use. She told me she couldn't cancel it either.. Completely unacceptable to have to go through this
