🇺🇸🇩🇪Our Niskayuna-Koblenz Exchange is in full swing! 14 Niskayuna German students have been in Germany since last Friday. They toured Berlin for 4 days & are now w/their exchange partners in Koblenz where they will attend school, give lectures, & use their German language skills.

MDUSD is also excited that @NorthgateHS is hosting @gappexchanges students & teachers, including one who dressed in a dirndl along with the NHS teacher & a student for an Oktoberfest that included German food and games! This summer, NHS students will visit Stuttgart & Heidelberg!

Oak Creek High School participates in the German American Partnership Program, which pairs the high school with a sister school in Germany to teach the students about intercultural communication. Students from their German sister school are visiting Wisconsin for a short time, and I was happy to hear they would be using some of their limited time to visit our Capitol.
