1/ @AskPayPal @PayPal is really pissing me off. Some rando stranger sent me 100 euro out of the blue then emailed me asking me to refund them. Thinking that this was some new scam that I'd never heard of, I contacted PayPal.

5/ Today, I get a message from @PayPal saying that there's a reserve on my account "We're going to start holding 100.00% of your daily sales until you reach a minimum reserve of 57.76 USD."
Basically, if someone every pays me, $57.76 will remain in my account, not usable by me.

6/ Basically, since I'm such an unreliable, shifty, scammer, they're protecting everyone else by making sure I have a $57 minimum balance to cover any charge backs. All over some erroneous transaction that someone sent me.
