Just a reminder that we live among awful people. I care for a lady in my neighborhood. She is 87 and lives alone. I take her to all her appointments and to get groceries weekly. She has nobody. Well at 3am she got a call from a scammer demanding she go to a ATM at her bank.

This is what happens when you want to one up Obama. The filtration system from the Potomac River worked fine, until the pedo had it removed.

“Distrusted as Mr. Netanyahu was by many of the president’s advisers, the prime minister’s view of the situation was far closer to Mr. Trump’s opinion than the anti-interventionists on the Trump team or in the broader “America First” movement liked to admit. This had been true for many years. … Within the cabinet, Mr. Hegseth was the biggest proponent of a military campaign against Iran. Mr. Rubio indicated to colleagues that he was much more ambivalent. He did not believe the Iranians would agree to a negotiated deal, but his preference was to continue a campaign of maximum pressure rather than start a full-scale war. Mr. Rubio, however, did not try to talk Mr. Trump out of the operation, and after the war began he delivered the administration’s justification with full conviction. … Ms. Wiles had told colleagues that she worried about the United States being dragged into another war in the Middle East. An attack on Iran carried with it the potential to set off soaring gas prices months before midterm elections that could help decide whether the final two years of Mr. Trump’s second term would be years of accomplishment or subpoenas from House Democrats. But in the end, Ms. Wiles was on board with the operation. Nobody in Mr. Trump’s inner circle was more worried about the prospect of war with Iran, or did more to try to stop it, than the vice president. Mr. Vance had built his political career opposing precisely the kind of military adventurism that was now under serious consideration. He had described a war with Iran as “a huge distraction of resources” and “massively expensive.” … The vice president thought a regime-change war with Iran would be a disaster. His preference was for no strikes at all. But knowing that Mr. Trump was likely to intervene in some fashion, he tried to steer toward more limited action. Later, when it seemed certain that the president was set on a large-scale campaign, Mr. Vance argued that he should do so with overwhelming force, in the hope of achieving his objectives quickly. … In front of his colleagues, Mr. Vance warned Mr. Trump that a war against Iran could cause regional chaos and untold numbers of casualties. It could also break apart Mr. Trump’s political coalition and would be seen as a betrayal by many voters who had bought into the promise of no new wars.” nytimes.com/2026/04/07/us/po…

Not so good! The beginning of the end.
I fear we have a cruel month ahead of us: the future of campaign finance law, the definition of Election Day, the fate of birthright citizenship. While I remain hopeful, I am prepared for democracy to leave this month weaker than it entered. democracydocket.com/opinion/…

Christian Bale quietly dedicated roughly 15–16 years to developing a foster care village in Palmdale, California, through his nonprofit Together California. The $20–22 million project was intentionally designed to keep siblings together in the foster system, providing them with family-style homes. It also features apartments for teens aging out of care and a large community center that offers support services to help them successfully transition into independent adulthood.Bale remained deeply involved for over a decade to help bring the vision to life.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 He really should just say "When Obama did it, it was a Black deal, but now Trump doing it means it is a white power deal" Hegseth is a straight up Jim Crow era racist (and misogynist) and an all time scumbag

Hegseth: The document says Iran will never have a nuclear weapon, won't seek one, won't buy one, won't have one. Brennan: JCPOA said that too. Hegseth: The huge difference is we did this from a position of strength.

Trump pardoned 77 people that stole from Medicare. This flew under the radar. I believe Trump is selling pardons which is enough to send Trump away.

🚨WOW. Hunter Biden delivers a surprisingly insightful explanation of the difference between authenticity and audacity on Gavin Newsom’s podcast. Then he unloads on Trump: "Donald Trump has the audacity to say that he's 6'3" and weighs 224 pounds... when we both know he's 5'11", 300." "This is the difference between being audacious and authentic."

Trump: Israel's attacks on Beirut should not have happened. Gee, it's almost like the President of the United States is not taken seriously on the world stage and indeed is NOT in charge. Trump is weak, ineffective and has destroyed America's standing as a Super Power.
