It's been a while since I worked on @gitpages but with the feedback I got, people didn't want multiple things to maintain.
This new approach will allow you to build landing pages with just your README.md file and customize with markdown comments π

When creating a new project @gitpages will take info from your GitHub project and generate a landing page.
Your README.md file will also be taken and rendered (as best as it can).
Finally got this working, the results are pretty cool! π

Few changes to @gitpages editor this morning.

β’ Logged in / out states
Editor will be free for all, and users can login to save against an account if they wish.

Hacked a quick dashboard together for @gitpages.
Users will be able to login (with GitHub) to Gitpages, and manage their project landing pages.
Quite like the design so far, just need to wire it all up for a quick MVP π

This was a struggle to get working today, but I managed to get editor suggestions working for @gitpages
What you see here is an online editor with code suggestions to give engineers the ability to rapidly create landing pages for their @github projects.
