Not voting on a proposal is NOT the same as abstaining.
If you have no position on a proposal, recording an Abstain vote ensures support calculations more accurately reflect your intent.

A key update across the #Cardano ecosystem: van Rossem hard fork deferred pending PreProd testing, Hydra voting for the 2026 budget now live, ongoing Constitutional Committee elections, and major delivery progress from Midgard Labs on Optimistic Rollups.

Notice for db-sync operators
We identified a bounded issue affecting derived epoch aggregate values (epoch.out_sum and epoch.fees) in db-sync versions 13.7.0.0–13.7.0.4.
The impact is limited to reporting, analytics, accounting, and dashboard use cases relying on these aggregate values following restart or upgrade events.
Importantly:
➡️ Cardano consensus and chain operation are unaffected
➡️ Canonical chain data remains intact
➡️ No ledger state, balances, or on-chain history are impacted
➡️ Recovery is straightforward as affected values can be fully recomputed
Mitigations are available now, with a permanent fix planned for db-sync 13.7.1.0.

While on-chain proposals are voted on by DReps with feedback provided in rationales, the Intersect-facilitated Budget 2026 process allows any ada holder with a stake address to login and leave feedback for proposers and DReps to see.
Proposers can make edits based on community feedback until the Final Feedback and Review phase ends May 22, 2026 at 1200 UTC.
After this, feedback can still be given (which may help your DRep decide) but proposals can no longer be adjusted.
