Things are good. @goodguyai is in a good place. A really, REALLY good one. We’ll be there at @theffexpo finally unveiling some products. Our first hook should be live by end of this month. The team is so solid, but the full vision is wildly ambitious and we will need to grow. There is not a brand in fantasy that won’t be forced to at least consider partnering with us. We are not going to break the fantasy sports industry with our first products. We are going to empower and expand it.

We’re looking for a technical co-founder / CTO for Goodguyai The filter is pretty simple: Can you build and ship a real production product without AI? Great. Now, are you using AI for at least half your workflow because you’re not trying to cos-play 2018 engineering culture? Even better. Not “AI curious.” Not “I’ve built some cool prompts.” Not “I can vibe code a landing page.” We need someone who has shipped real full-stack software to production without AI, but now uses AI natively in their process. The project is in fantasy sports: building the infrastructure for the future of how this industry operates, and has been in R&D for three years. The right person probably has: - Interest in fantasy, sports, gaming, creator platforms, or marketplaces - Full-stack production experience - Strong product instincts - Comfort owning architecture - At least 50% of their current workflow meaningfully AI-assisted - Enough taste to know that “AI-native” does not mean “sloppy”... but AI throughput without domain expertise is slop. This is a co-founder role. Equity and Salary compensation. We’re successfully raising and building now. If that sounds like you, or someone obvious comes to mind, message me. This is not a “come help us make a chatbot” thing. We pivoted from Chatbots as a redundant business model before the industry even knew what they were. We need someone who can own the technical foundation of a serious company: architecture, product velocity, production, security, integrations, and the boring-but-critical stuff that keeps enterprise tech alive. Fun @goodguyai news you should know: @AndrewHallFF and I will be starting an AI show soon, twice a week. Crazy concept, should be entertaining and informative for the industry at large. Also, The Commish (Goodguy’s first product), enters closed beta this weekend. Product 2 & 3 are in development. My partner and I are also working on some courses (which I have been teasing for over a year, it’s actually happening) for people in sports media/content & some other vectors. A few other things, but the above is all concrete and I am just so, so excited.

Excited to launch the closed beta for the first @goodguyai project this weekend! For me, the whole goal is to improve the quality of life for the fantasy sports and gaming industry at large. Rather than focus on more products, or metrics, or content that gives users an edge, I'm focused on making the game more fun, less of a hassle, more accessible, and maybe most importantly: More engaging.

Just had an amazing chit chat with @PaulCharchian about ai, the current state of things, and of course: My @goodguyai vision and first product, @TheCommishAI I’ve said it a million times and I’ll never stop saying it: What makes the fantasy sports industry special is that the guys who built it, like Paul, are still around and actively involved with the community.
