I spent 25 years as a Filmmaker. Showrunning, directing, and producing TV, films, and commercials for dozens of major networks and global brands including Apple , HBO Max, Discovery, MTV, YouTube Originals, and many more. Won an Emmy. Led crews of 300 . Led projects with Mark Hamill, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kim Cattrall, Logic, the Kardashians, Nelly, Meek Mill, and a U.S. Presidential campaign. Then I went quiet. I became a Creative Technologist and AI Systems Architect. Spent the last few years heads down, learning every tool, trying every framework, breaking things, rebuilding them, pushing past the limits of what these systems can do. And my own limits. I iterated over and over and over. When something broke, I figured out why. When a tool couldn't do what I needed, I built the tool. When I hit a wall, I went around it. I'm now building custom agentic AI ecosystems — multi-agent systems that run 24/7, autonomously managing operations, generating content, and scaling business workflows for elite individuals and major companies. I haven't had this much fun in years. It's the same feeling I had as a kid picking up a camera for the first time — falling in love with something so deeply that you can't stop thinking about it. Except this time the creative possibilities are truly endless. We are only limited by our own fears — not the tools. I'm all in. This is where I'll share what inspires me, what I'm experimenting with, what I'm building, what I'm breaking, and everything I'm learning along the way — at the intersection of Tech, AI, Agentic Systems, and 25 years of creative leadership. Follow along if you're curious about the exciting and unknown that lays ahead — from someone diving in head first every day, not just talking about it.

Question for those working with Local Models: What currently is your favorite overall model to use on multiple types of tasks that can run on 2 sparks or less? If special version, please share repo. Thanks.

Creative question: Just out of curiosity - if you had to pick one would you rather AI be more powerful creatively with image generation, video generation or the in the edit?

The AI workflow nobody screenshots is the boring one: notes, approvals, version history, rights, handoffs, audit trails. That is also the workflow that decides whether a output is actually useable.

Now when creating new profiles in Hermes Agent, you can start from a clone of any profile, not just the main/default one!

Whose used fusion? Thoughts?
Introducing the Fusion API, the smartest compound model in the market. Fusion achieves Fable-level intelligence at half the price. How it works 👇

Intelligence should be open, accessible, and ready to build with, empowering every developer, everywhere. GLM-5.2 is now available to all GLM Coding Plan users, including Lite, Pro, Max, and Team plans. docs.z.ai/devpack/latest-mod… As our new flagship model, GLM-5.2 delivers powerful coding capabilities, usable 1M-context support, and continued strengths in long-horizon tasks. API and Chatbot services will launch next week. The model will also be officially open-sourced next week under the MIT License. The future of AI is open, and it belongs to the people.

The real value of local AI isn’t saving money. It’s sovereignty. No subscriptions to cancel. No features to remove. No policies that change overnight. No one deciding what you can and can’t run. A GPU is an investment in independence. Own your inference!
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

Hot take: AI won't flatten creative work. It will reveal who had taste and who only had access. When access gets cheap, judgment becomes the moat. I predict it will put a spotlight on even more real talent then ever before.

The first agentic AI infrastructure benchmark is here. An AI agent chains dozens to hundreds of AI model calls together, using tools, gathering context, and iterating until the task is done. Existing benchmarks weren't designed for that. AgentPerf from @ArtificialAnlys gives developers, enterprises and infrastructure providers a clear way to compare accelerated computing systems for agentic AI. First round of results highlight that NVIDIA Blackwell delivers 20x more agents per megawatt than NVIDIA Hopper.

I want to start shouting out more artists, creators, and builders with fresh, unique voices on here. A few that cut through for me: x.com/DrDreams x.com/billywoodward x.com/ChrisGwinnLA x.com/SpaceTimeViking Who else should I be discovering?

For those of you also working with Local Models - How do you feel about these updated rankings? Agree/Disagree? I'm not one for benchmarks but curious overall what you think.

The newest open model to join the Agent Arena leaderboard, Nemotron 3 Ultra by @NVIDIA lands at #20 overall and #5 among open models. Its standout signals are a positive praise-vs-complaint margin and low tool hallucination, but it's held back by steerability and bash recovery. Note the wide confidence intervals as scores are still stabilizing. In Agent Arena, models get web search, filesystem, and terminal tools to complete complex workflows: writing code, creating slide deck, researching the web, building apps, and analyzing documents. We use the causal tracing methodology to measure a model's net improvement which indicates how much it improves outcomes relative to the average model. See in thread how Nemotron 3 Ultra scored across 5 signals, drawn from tasks submitted by a global community of users.

Everyone talks about AI tools. Fewer people talk about AI workflows. In real production, the hard part is not generating assets. It is tracking versions, approvals, handoffs, rights, notes, and final decisions.

I agree with @karpathy and also I believe Andrej is one of the brightest minds so hearing his take on it I take very seriously. It's a true story of never giving up and pushing through.
In awe of SpaceX and its story - past, present and the future. You can think about it in 10 different ways and continue re-blowing your mind in circles. Huge congrats to the team! 🚀

A prompt is not a directing style. The work is in iteration: what you preserve, what you reject, and how fast you can steer chaos back toward intent.

Wow @spencerpratt what a gangster. Straight Tony Montana. keep going. Its never been popular to expose the truth or speak the truth, I know bc I took that risk too, but don't regret it for a second.
Not a concession, a declaration of war. He will continue to get my support until the Jokers destroying LA are removed.
