ALT Dear Customers, We’d like to apologise to customers who have been experiencing lower water pressure or a loss of supply this morning. Our emergency team have been on site, working hard to isolate the burst water main and restore most customer supplies. Some customers may continue to experience fluctuations to their supply whilst the water pressure returns and builds up in the network.  We will continue to provide further updates and thank you for your continued patience. Need a bit of extra help? If you, or someone in your house, has a medical condition that requires constant access to a water supply, or you would find it difficult to reach an alternative supply during a mains interruption, then sign up to our Priority Services Register by calling 0344 346 2020. Our Priority Services are free, and you don’t need to be the bill payer to register.
