🚀 AI adoption is rising fast nationwide—how does the heartland compare? Missouri leads the heartland in Anthropic AI adoption — ranked 12th nationally. The Anthropic Economic Index reveals how AI use is already taking hold in some states, while others are still testing the waters. For heartland communities, AI use is shifting from augmentation to adoption with potential workforce implications, but that’s not the whole story. There are opportunities for heartland states to leapfrog in national rankings if leaders act decisively and support workforce readiness and adoption initiatives.
