#Doctors let's talk about audits. Are you hiring someone to come to your practice who works only for YOU to look at your billing and coding practices and advise you of pitfalls? It's absolutely the best thing you can do from a risk management perspective, hands down.

#Doctors let's discuss contracts. False deadlines, docusign, and "it's been vetted by legal" make you feel powerless. You don't have to sign ASAP, and they WILL make changes. It's all about leverage. Don't believe the hype that you don't hold any cards. You do. #findyourpower
