Stop Counting Tokens. Start Counting What They Replace. Everyone's talking about the shift from seats to tokens. They're missing the point entirely. The conversation I keep hearing in boardrooms — from CIOs at some of the largest financial services firms in the world — isn't about pricing models. It's about what tokens actually represent.

Rob and I just spent 3 straight days building round the clock. We captured 20 years of sales and recruiting methodology and built two AI-native digital co-workers using Claude Code. Going live Monday. The biggest lesson? Building the agent is not the hard part anymore. Rolling it out is. Governance. Trust. Buy-in. Adoption. That is where 40% of agentic AI projects die according to Gartner. Not because the tech failed but because organizations deployed faster than they could govern. The gap between building and operating is the real problem nobody is talking about. More on this on my LinkedIn. Follow along if you are building through this too. #AgenticAI #AINative #AIAgents #EnterpriseAI #AIGovernance #BuildingInPublic

Stop asking candidates "what is your familiarity with AI." Everyone is familiar now. The question that actually separates people: "Take a workflow you do every day. How would you redesign it from scratch with AI at the center?" Familiarity fades. Thinking compounds.

95% By the time your child turns 18, you've spent ~95% of the time you will ever spend with them in your lifetime. There are specific windows—much shorter than you care to imagine or admit—during which certain people and relationships will occupy your life. You may have only one more summer with all of your siblings, two more trips with that old group of friends, a few more years with your wise old aunt, a handful of encounters with that coworker you love, or one more long walk with your parents. If you fail to appreciate or recognize these windows, they will quickly disappear. Time Wealth is about an awareness of these windows, and taking action against that awareness. It's about recognizing that you are in more control of your time than you realize. That you can take actions to create time with the people you love most. Show up to that recital. Plan that trip with old friends. Grab that quick coffee. Go on that walk with your parents. Have that meal with your sibling. In the end, it's not about the journey, it's not about the destination, it's about the company—the people along the way. Cherish the people and the rest will fall into place as it should. These are some of the many perspective-shifting insights from my new book, The 5 Types of Wealth. It will help you ask the questions you've been avoiding so you can create the change necessary to build your dream life. During these times, it’s important that we work together at confronting, addressing and overcoming the mental health challenges faced by our colleagues, staff and peers. We need to be honest about how we feel and do something about it. gunjandoshi.com/blog/2020-it…

Our behaviors matter. We need to act with intention and purpose. Establishing a standard of upholding your word fosters loyalty because it demonstrates applied integrity.

From @RayDalio’s Principles book this quote resonates the most with me during these times: “meaningful work and meaningful relationships aren’t just nice things we chose for ourselves - they are genetically programmed into us.
I feel fortunate to be surrounded by friends who have motivated and inspired me. Here is my latest blog entry on how little steps during these times mean a lot. buff.ly/34KnrEn
