Spoke to a college coach about today's 5 layers of recruiting in order of importance. 1. Re-recruit your own players 2. Recruit the transfer portal 3. Recruit JUCO 4. Recruit post grad 5. Recruit high school players Recruiting has definitely changed. It's okay for players to go to a lower level than expected.
