Exercise: 3-4 days a week resistance training, 10,000 steps a day

Food: 160 grams of protein per day, primarily whole foods, current 2100-2400 calories a day. 2100 on rest days, 2400-2500 on workout days (the goal is to be under maintenance right now to lose fat)
