3ds outputs video over usb plugged into the otg port of the screen
screen plugged into my laptop running the 3dscapture program split into two windows extended onto the monitor

If you just want the board then 3dscapture dot com is a great place to order a loopy board. You would then just have to find someone to solder it in or do it yourself. 👍

i sent both of mine to 3dscapture (3dscapture.com/) they do only install capture cars into "New" 3DSXL's so you will need one of those, but i have had no issues getting the cap cards installed with them!!

I got mine at the beginning of 2021 and I believe they still make them? If you look up 3dscapture it should be the first result

These optimize kits are a pain in the ass for sure. The new ones from 3dscapture are significantly easier to work with and better as they have charging over usb C

Loopy from 3dscapture did mine about 3 years ago, and I'm still using it to the day. Unsure if he's still modding them but on the site the order link still works!
