ADHD Summer Tip:
Don't schedule the event first. Schedule the recovery first.
Summer often means more:
☀️ More invitations
☀️ More noise
☀️ More decisions
☀️ More disruptions to routine
Before saying yes, ask:
"When will I recharge?"
The event may last 3 hours.
The recovery may take a day.
That's not weakness.
That's information.
Rest isn't the reward for surviving your schedule.
It's what makes your schedule sustainable.
What's your favorite way to recharge after a busy social event?
