Despite the rain today, the Nursery children had a wonderful time splashing around Southwark Park and showing off their impressive climbing skills in the play area. Thank you to all the parents who joined us and embraced the rain too!

A small group of our children were able to take part in a special sailing session today, in partnership with @LPESSN at Greenwich Docklands. The children loved being out on the water in the glorious June sunshine!

Year 6 took part in the Restaurant Project last week to serve their guests. The pupils did a fantastic job working together to follow their recipes, serve the food & take care of the guests. We were so impressed with them & there were clean plates all round!

Children in Navy class visited the Imperial War Museum this morning following their WW1 learning in humanities lessons. The children even got to go in the trenches to imagine what it would have been like to be a soldier, as well as dress up in uniforms.

Children in Nursery had a great time exploring the environment, balancing on the see-saw, making chocolate mud pies and spotting minibeast. We were extremely excited to find a super shiny rose chafer beetle!

Year 5 sang their hearts out at the Royal Festival Hall to celebrate our music curriculum with our music teacher, Chashe. The children sang alongside a number of other schools to parents and carers in the afternoon! They truly blew us away - well done Year 5!

Year 3 became history detectives this week & took part in a scavenger hunt of artifacts to inform them about the ancient Egyptians during their trip to the British Museum. Dexter, the Quality Mark Inclusion bear, came along for the day too to see the sites!

Scarlet Class thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Paper Garden! They tasted some of the growing plants and had the opportunity to make a representation of a bird's nest. The children also planted some beans and brushed sheep's wool to make some yarn!
