Oh it's good to see Reid he has a history of seizures she's been treated for it spending out of the hospital a lot of his life but I'm full and I believe it and I prayed about it he sees her free now he's still on medication I think something runs in the family you know and I mean Chris I said similar very similar to what really does and I think when I was younger probably I did too they don't classify it is epilepsy either seizures are a very difficult realm and there's always not only the biological science behind it but the emotional psychological science that can trigger it and the you know the social impact is devastating so I have a real affinity to him I mean I really love the kid and I know he loves me it was just wonderful seeing them and I think you know I have no doubts I'll see him or I understand the pattern now cuz I wasn't around that much even for the first nine years I was here but he's a summertime kind of guy you know where he's got the free time. But that really made my day. He's really good at hand-eye coordination now that's a really difficult thing if you've had seizures and you have displaced construct of distance.

I still don't understand why people who seem to be educated are campaigning for this administration. I know humans are selfish but there's definitely an unexplained affinity Nigerians have with suffering cos i really don't understand anymore. Gutted 😶

No. Good try, but, this was meant to depopulate seniors. Boomers were the largest population group ever in history at that time to all hit social service rolls at same time. Let that sink in for a few minutes. 1. The virus was lab engineered. The virus was contained inside the spike proteins. Why was this so vital to the success of their desire for a lethal morbidity? Because this was the delivery mechanism. Spike proteins have an affinity to gather near ACE2 receptors at the organ walls. The SARS-Co-V-19 virus’s spike proteins were designed to bind to the ACE2 receptors that are already naturally present on the surfaces of human cells. Because human organs (like the lungs, heart, and kidneys) naturally have high concentrations of these receptors, the virus binds to them there. It is a biological lock-and-key mechanism. You get enough spike proteins outside an organ bumping into it and eventually a few break inside delivering the payload. But is it enough to kill most people? No. 2. But that was not all of their evil design. No. The SARS-CoV-2 furin cleavage site (FCS) was a unique insertion of the amino acid sequence PRRAR located at the boundary of the S1 and S2 subunits of the viral spike protein. This polybasic motif allowed host furin enzymes to pre-activate the virus, significantly increasing its transmissibility and cell entry efficiency. So when the ACE2 receptors arrived at their destinations of our organs and the spike proteins started doing their work of making small penetrations (think of the Fairytale Gulliver's Travels of the giant Gulliver laying down and all the tiny people trying with their little spears to penetrate the thick giant's skin with little effect), well, this bonus FCS engineered into the SARS-CoV-2 gave those tiny people super power to make more of their spears penetrate the giant's skin. So now more spike proteins carrying their evil COVID payload could now enter the organs and do their damage. But still, this did not kill most people. Only seniors. So what else was happening here? 3. The cytokine storm. The time it took for the spike proteins to gather outside the organ walls before the FCS did its magic to enable the spikes to penetrate the organ delivering the virus inside caused the cytokine storm in seniors. In plain English this means Senior citizens autoimmune systems are much weaker than younger people. So by the time the virus did penetrate their organs, their organs were already in a state of shock caused by the cytokine storm of the gathering spike proteins outside the organs, so by the time the virus entered their organ walls, it was a death sentence for them. That explains why we see that only seniors died. SARS-Co-V-19 was engineered in a lab to kill senior citizens, not the rest of the population groups. As I have shown repeatedly in my posts. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH ELECTIONS. This had everything to do with saving countries around the world from having to pay out money to take care of the boomers. Let that sink in. We are talking trillions of dollars. This took special planning and engineering. Want to know more? Do you know what they researched the most during those first 3 vaccines? Not antibodies. No. That would cure it. They studied the spike protein. They studied the delivery mechanism for the virus the most. I think the virus mills were part of this too. If you shut the virus mills down, you probably save millions of seniors lives. imho. Biolabs in Ukraine? They have them all over the world. They are in Africa too.

Ireland's Pallyflag-shaggers genuinely believe that there is a unique affinity between Irish and Palestinians. In this clip, a rich footballer talks about the famine of 179 years ago as if we can all relate to it now. Or the Irish were the only people to ever be oppressed.

I feel like completing blade affinity charts is different tho because if you didnt have that then it’d just be upgrading arts from xc1. I get that 2’s UI itself is clunky af but the mechanics in and of themselves are honestly fine

Signal from today's harvest. Scored 8/9. Gene-therapy doses cost $100,000–$1M to manufacture, and that cost is the wall keeping these therapies from broader patient populations. A preprint demonstrates continuous twin-column chromatography (CaptureSMB) that purifies AAV vector straight from raw bioreactor harvest — removing the clarification and concentration steps every current process requires. First reported integrated continuous capture for AAV. If it scales, it takes whole equipment trains and yield losses out of the cost base. Why only 8 and not 9: it changes how vector is made, not what's biologically possible (magnitude 2/3). It's one group, one serotype, at bench scale, unreplicated — the finding is novel but uncorroborated (novelty 1/1). And the cleanest listed expression is a supplier, not a pure play; the named developer is pre-revenue (investability at the low end). $RGNX is the listed primary developer in the chain. The lower-beta expression is the bioprocessing supplier whose affinity resins the process actually runs on. The rubric doesn't get excited. That's the point.
