Hello guys, today I tried to experinece @SentientAGI with a different topic again. I first encountered blockchain technology through cryptocurrencies, which led me to explore it further. Questions such as What exactly is this technology?and What other industries can it be applied to? really piqued my interest. Today's topic is ; The relationship between agriculture and crypto or blokchain. My firts question is : 🔹How do you evaluate the relationship between blokchain (or crypto) and agriculture? It stated that: By providing a decentralized, unalterable transaction record, it makes easier secure data sharing and farmers direct market access; through better management of data, crop productivity increases; by automating transactions and payments, it reduces the necessity of intermediaries and lowers costs; it prevents fraud, ensures compliance with regulations, and by enhancing accountability, takes under guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products.Currently, Nestlé and Carrefour use this technology to track their supply chains; Organizations like AgUnity provide digital tools, supporting in the matter of product supply tracking between small farmers and businesses. Second question is: 🔹Can the food system be decentralized? It can indeed be decentralized. Regarding this, it wrote about the advantages: That all transactions will be immutable and transparent; that it will enhance food safety by preventing foodborne illnesses; and that it will combat fraud by tracking the origin, quality, and movement of foods, while increasing the traceability of food sources through tracking. @SentientAGI @SentientTurkiye @sentient_chat

This project was able to increase transparency and data availability at farm level and ensure women farmers benefit from increased income and improved financial literacy.
