A few 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗦 before we end the year. 🥂
Firstly, a huge thank you to our supporters old and new. Our gates have increased dramatically throughout 2023, what a year we have shared together!
Thank you to our amazing clean up gang and matchday volunteers, who do so much in and around the football club. Special mention to Stu who cleans the home and away changing rooms and the first team store cupboard (every week). Where would we be without you guys!
A big thank you to Nick Pearce our groundsman, who works tirelessly to ensure the pitch is maintained in good working order. You do a fantastic job Nick, you’re not a bad stadium announcer either!
Thank you to Kev and his team at
@evoleze for their brilliant social media posters, you’ve taken ours and loads of other local clubs to the next level. We are grateful for all your hard work over the past year.
A huge thank you to
@GreenswardLtd for all their matchday preparation and ensuring we have one of the best kept pitches in the league!
Thank you to
@dungey2002, who is at every home game without fail with his camera. 📸
Thank you to Paul Stacey aka Waz, Waz stepped into the secretary role this year and has done a brilliant job. He follows the team home and away wherever it may be and it doesn’t go unnoticed Waz.
A big thank you to
@swsportsnews, who always share our tweets. You do a fantastic job and work tirelessly all year keeping us all informed with what is going on in football within the South West!
Thank you to
@ChandlersCoach’s, especially to your drivers who have to listen to the racket we make on the way home from away matches. We do try to keep the coach as clean as possible!
Thank you to Laura, Simon and all the bar and catering staff. You guys work so hard on matchdays ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible. Simon, we have the best food in the league that’s a fact!
Thank you to all of the players, old and new. We’ve come along way in a short space of time and without you it wouldn’t have been possible, everybody who has put the shirt on this year has played a huge part in the clubs success.
Thank you to
@RickyHulbert and
@LewPorts1, without your ambition and commitment throughout your time in charge, the rest doesn’t happen. You epitomise what Westbury United Football Club is about and with you two at the helm, there’s plenty more good times to come.
Last but not least, a huge thank you to all of our sponsors. Sponsors sometimes go unnoticed at football clubs, but truthfully without them we wouldn’t survive.
@alertsystems, thank you for another year together. We appreciate all the support and work that Mark and Paul do for us over the calendar year.
