Compared to Proportional #STARVoting (#AllocatedScore, PR-STAR), as well as #SequentiallySpentScore, I see PR-STV still only providing very pixelated images meant to be "exact portraits".

Don't forget that PR-STAR / #AllocatedScore, as well as #SequentiallySpentScore, are both great score-based methods for achieving #ProportionalRepresentation!

If you still prefer something that smells more like the STV method (PR form of RCV) you might have been thinking of, then #AllocatedScore will probably be your jam.
Score-based methods perform much better than Rank-based methods.

Even better if those #ProportionalRepresentation methods are Cardinal-based, instead of Ordinal-based.
