Excited to share that I earned the Agentforce FDE Ready Practitioner stamp from @salesforce .
This workshop was a great reminder that Agentforce is not just about building agents. It is about building agents that are useful, trusted, and ready for real business processes.
For me, the biggest takeaway was simple:
AI success depends on context, data, governance, and thoughtful implementation.
As a Salesforce architect, I’m especially excited about how Agentforce can help teams move from manual work to smarter, guided, agent-powered experiences, while still keeping trust and control at the center.
Thank you to Salesforce for creating this learning opportunity and continuing to help the ecosystem get ready for the agentic era.

Attended Day 2 of the Agentforce FDE Ready: “Making Agents Matter” Partner Workshop today at @salesforce Tower Atlanta.
The session focused on the technical side of making agents useful in the real world, including Agentforce Builder, Data 360, RAG, unstructured data, Intelligent Context, and omnichannel opportunities.
My biggest takeaway: building agents is only the start. The real value comes from adoption, trust, and measurable business outcomes.
