I think they can merge to get relief from antidefection law .But can't declare that they are the original party and they can merge their party with any other political parties.

Rebel TMC MPs, if they have any respect for the people who have elected them on TMC ticket and symbol should resign from Parliament and contest again on any other party’s ticket or as breakaway faction of TMC duly registered with EC. Joining any other party by taking advantage of the loopholes in the existing anti-defection law would amount to betrayal of the people. BJP should not take them into it’s fold as these MPs were highly critical of BJP both inside and outside the Parliament not very long ago. Our existing anti-defection law is weak as it shows it’s might only on retail defection but not on wholesale defection. ராஜினாமா செய்த மதிப்பிற்குரிய சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு (MLAs), மக்களால் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டு, மக்களின் பிரதிநிதியாகச் சட்டமன்றத்திற்குள் நுழைந்து, திடீரெனத் தனது சுயநலத்திற்காகவோ, அதிகாரத்திற்காகவோ கட்சி மாறும் அரசியல்வாதிகளுக்கு வாக்காளர்களின் சார்பில் எழுதப்படும் திறந்த மடல். மக்களின் ஏமாற்றமும் உங்கள் பொறுப்பும் மக்களாட்சியின் ஆகச்சிறந்த அதிகாரம் "வாக்கு". மக்கள் உங்களுக்கு வாக்களித்தது உங்களின் தனிப்பட்ட முகத்திற்காக மட்டுமல்ல; நீங்கள் சார்ந்திருந்த கட்சியின் கொள்கைகளுக்காகவும், நீங்கள் கொடுத்த வாக்குறுதிகளுக்காகவும் மட்டும்தான். ஆனால், சமீபகாலமாகத் தங்களின் சுயலாபத்திற்காகவும், பதவி ஆசைக்காகவும் மக்கள் கொடுத்த தீர்ப்பைக் காலில் மிதித்துவிட்டு, தங்களது பதவியை ராஜினாமா செய்துவிட்டு மாற்றுக்கட்சியில் இணைவது வாடிக்கையாகிவிட்டது. பொறுப்புத் துறப்பு: நீங்கள் கட்சி மாறும்போது வெறும் பதவியை மட்டும் ராஜினாமா செய்யவில்லை, உங்களை நம்பி வாக்களித்த பல்லாயிரக்கணக்கான மக்களின் நம்பிக்கையையும் சேர்த்தே ராஜினாமா செய்கிறீர்கள். மக்களின் வரிப்பணம்: உங்களின் சுயநல ஆசையால், அந்தத் தொகுதிக்கு மீண்டும் ஒரு இடைத்தேர்தல் திணிக்கப்படுகிறது. மக்களின் வரிப்பணத்தில் பல கோடிகள் வீணடிக்கப்படுவதற்கு உங்களின் அதிகாரப் பசிதானே காரணம்? அரசியல் என்பது மக்களுக்கான சேவை, அது தங்களின் சொத்துக்களைப் பெருக்கிக்கொள்ளும் வியாபாரம் அல்ல என்பதை நீங்கள் உணர வேண்டும். தேர்தல் ஆணையத்திற்கான ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான தீர்வுகள்: இதுபோன்ற கட்சித் தாவல்களையும், தார்மீகமற்ற ராஜினாமக்களையும் தடுத்து நிறுத்த இந்தியத் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் (Election Commission) பின்வரும் கடுமையான மற்றும் பயனுள்ள விதிமுறைகளைக் கொண்டு வர வேண்டும்: 1. தகுதிநீக்கம் மற்றும் தேர்தலில் போட்டியிட தடை ஒரு சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் தனது பதவிக்காலம் முடிவதற்குள் ராஜினாமா செய்துவிட்டு, மற்றொரு கட்சியில் இணைந்தால், அவர் அடுத்த **5 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு (அல்லது ஒரு முழு சட்டமன்றத் தவணைக்கு)** எந்தவொரு தேர்தலிலும் (இடைத்தேர்தல் உட்பட) போட்டியிட முடியாதவாறு சட்டம் இயற்றப்பட வேண்டும். 2. இடைத்தேர்தல் செலவை வசூலித்தல் சுயலாபத்திற்காக ஒரு உறுப்பினர் ராஜினாமா செய்வதால் ஏற்படும் இடைத்தேர்தலுக்கான முழுச் செலவையும், அந்தத் குறிப்பிட்ட முன்னாள் உறுப்பினரிடமிருந்தோ அல்லது அவர் புதிதாக இணையும் கட்சியிடமிருந்தோ அபராதமாகத் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் வசூலிக்க வேண்டும். மக்கள் வரிப்பணத்தை வீணடிக்க அவர்களுக்கு எந்த உரிமையும் இல்லை 3. 'மக்களைத் தேடி மறுவாக்கு' (Right to Recall) ஒரு உறுப்பினர் கட்சி மாற நினைத்தால், அவர் நேரடியாக ராஜினாமா செய்யக் கூடாது. அந்தத் தொகுதி வாக்காளர்களிடம் "மறுவாக்கு (Recall Vote)" நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும். தொகுதியின் 50%-க்கும் அதிகமான மக்கள் அவர் கட்சி மாறுவதை ஆதரித்தால் மட்டுமே அவர் பதவி நீடிக்க வேண்டும்; இல்லையெனில் அவர் தகுதி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். 4. சுயேச்சையாக மட்டுமே போட்டியிட அனுமதி ஒரு கட்சியில் இருந்து விலகி இடைத்தேர்தலைச் சந்திக்கும் நபர், அடுத்த பொதுத்தேர்தல் வரும் வரை எந்தவொரு அரசியல் கட்சியின் சின்னத்திலும் போட்டியிடக் கூடாது. அவர் சுயேச்சை வேட்பாளராக மட்டுமே களம் காண வேண்டும். இது கட்சித் தாவல் பின்னணியில் இருக்கும் டீலிங்குகளை (Deals) உடைக்கும். வாக்காளர்களின் இறுதி எச்சரிக்கை: அரசியல்வாதிகளே, மக்கள் எப்போதும் ஏமாளிகள் அல்ல. உங்களின் தற்காலிக அதிகார பலமும், பண பலமும் மக்களின் கூட்டு மனசாட்சியின் முன்னால் ஒரு நாள் தோற்றுப்போகும். மக்களாட்சியைக் கேலிக்கூத்தாக்குவதை நிறுத்துங்கள் #OpenLetterToMLAs #PoliticalEthics #SaveDemocracy #ElectionCommission #AntiDefection #VotersVoice #NoToResignationForPower #ElectoralReforIndia @ECISVEEP @PMOIndia @CMOTamilnadu
