The SRTF and #AidFundSyria are pleased to announce coordinated #Recovery efforts in #Darayya, #RuralDamascus, a milestone in delivering a joint, #AreaBasedApproach to strengthen community #resilience in #Syria. The joint interventions target the #WASH, #Health, #Livelihoods, #Roads, and #EarlyRecovery sectors. Activities include the #rehabilitation of an elevated #water tank, #hospital, public park, local roads, and WASH #infrastructure, along with the installation of #solar #energy systems and #cash_for_work opportunities. Together, these projects aim to benefit over 100,000 people. Ms. Andrea Quaden, AFS Executive Director, stated: "By aligning interventions across sectors and working closely with local actors, we are restoring vital services in ways that strengthen civic trust, reinforce local systems, and help pave the way for inclusive and #sustainable recovery.” Eng. @hanikhabbaz , the SRTF Director General, added: "This strategic coordination in Darayya represents a milestone in our approach to post-conflict recovery.
