NATIONAL SAMRIDDHI COMPETITION 2025–26 | Valedictory Session
Samriddhi, the flagship initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India, celebrates teachers who place art at the heart of learning.
The Valedictory Session (29 January 2026) began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, chanting of shlokas, and a melodious welcome song by PM SHRI DM School students.
The programme featured the felicitation of Chief Guest Prof. P. C. Agarwal, Joint Director, NCERT, and the Jury Members, followed by the welcome address by Prof. Jyotsna Tiwari, Head, DEAA, NCERT.
A special screening of the short film “Samriddhi: Celebrating Best Art-Integrated Pedagogical Practices at the Secondary Level” was presented.The Samriddhi 2025–26 Report was shared by Dr. Sharbari Banerjee, National Coordinator, Kala Utsav, NCERT, followed by reflections from the Jury Members, declaration of winners, and prize distribution.
The evening concluded with a graceful classical dance performance by PM SHRI DMS students and teachers.
The chief guest Prof. P. C. Agarwal, Joint Director, NCERT addressed the gathering with valuable insights, and the programme ended with a Vote of Thanks by Prof. Ramakanta Mohalik, Local Coordinator, RIE, NCERT, Bhubaneswar, followed by the National Anthem.
